Had the best experience in years yesterday! They must have got a new Mgr. Normally, I have lots of issues here, so this was a very pleasant surprise! Got my order in. They said there would be a wait for fresh chicken. I waited inside. Mgr brought me a small drink while waiting, so nice! Then comped me a couple things because my wait was over 20 minutes! Wow, amazing striving to keep customers happy! You rock Trina!! Long wait but your politeness and appreciation goes a long way!! Kudos to you!! ❤️

The team that runs this place is really fantastic. Remember when you could go into a fast food place and get good food and great customer service? This is STILL one of those places. We only get there a few times a year but every time we go we’re impressed by the friendly customer service and the outstanding quality of the food. Best of all, watch the team at work and you’ll realize real quick that the leadership is top notch – and it all flows from there. Got an issue with your order? They fix it without any issues. Just really nice to find a place where you can still talk to a real person behind the counter and get great food.

I asked for two 2 piece, dark meat. The sides were supposed to be one side of mashed potatoes and one side of green beans. When I got home, I had one 2 piece and a pot pie. I returned to the Dunn Avenue location, and went back to the drive through. I explained my situation and the person told me to continue to the window. When I got to the window, the person told me I needed to come inside. I complied and the lady who seemed to be in charge told I could have one of the sides. She then added you could have kept the pot pie. Another employee said I wanted a refund. I did not request a refund, I only wanted what I ordered initially. She was not budging. Rather than argue with her, I decided the best course of action was for me to leave. I have other bad experiences, but this was the worst. I know they could care less, but they have lost me as a customer.

Ordered on GrubHub for pickup. 50 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, and after I received the text saying it WAS ready – I finally got my pickup order. 50 minutes! They didn”t even print the GrubHub ticket until after I arrived. The staff blatantly ignored people waiting to order in the dining area and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. On top of all that, they were out of fries. I ordered an 8 piece bucket and only got 5 pieces…..This is the worst KFC for customer service, don’t waste your time.

You watch the front person coming from the lobby then go to the restroom after you walk in. Only two of us in line now… It takes another ten minutes for you to be waited on by said person. They call out your order to the cook which should’ve been finished already and you wait twenty more minutes for the food to be finished. After seeing the cook tell the lady in front of me she only had two minutes left, I walk up to ask about my order. The man looked lost and said they would have to cook it because they never cooked it to begin with.

Ordered through Uber Eats yesterday. Coating on chicken was still moist and not fully cooked. Got orders wrong. Biscuit was too hard to eat. Both meals ended up in the garbage. Complete waste of my money.

Drive through. Ordered two chicken thighs. Got one thigh, one leg. Ordered mashed potatoes & green beans. Got green beans and baked beans. Over charged nearly NINE bucks MORE for two extra vegetables and a Pepsi that we NEVER GOT AT ALL.

Had a wonderful experience. Cashier at drive thru very nice and professional. I got my order and drove off and saw they didn’t substitute fries for mashed potatoes.
