Ordered through the drive through. The lady repeated our order and then proceeded to not put in what we ordered, so part of it was missing. The incompetence of these fast food workers is mind blowing. You’re better off going 10 minutes down the road to the old KFC, because whoever is training employees at this location, isn’t doing their job.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The first time I went I decided to go inside to place my order (the drive thru had about 8 cars). After walking in, the simple order for one KFC bowl took 25 minutes. I figured that the next time I wanted KFC, the drive through would be quicker, I was wrong. I waited in line for 20 minutes and the line didn’t even move. I ended up getting out of the line. Highly advise you to take the time to drive to another KFC, the amount of time spent driving to the next closest location would still be quicker than the customer service you’d get at this location. Management either needs to train their employees better or have the management replaced.

So this particular KFC has only been open for two days, I pull in and go around to park and am met by the Regional Manager directing traffic and keeping the packed parking lot moving, nice quick conversation then i am off. I park and go inside, packed in there too…..here is the BEST part, EVERYONE is calm, and patient, the staff are cheerful and helpful, things move along as best as possible for the given situation. Unfortunately, my Pot Pie was not ready, however, they asked if I would like to substitute……all good so far. I got home and make my plate, the chicken was absolutely THE BEST I have had at a KFC, no lie, I was afraid with the crowds…..but no, fantastic. Great job in a crunch people, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for a great experience!

The food was delicious, but we ordered a side of gravy and the container came half full. It was a very busy inside and going through the drive thru, but food is very expensive right now so I’d like what I paid for.

A little slow even for being busy. Didn’t get the order taken correctly and had to wait in line to order what they didn’t get. Not the line’s fault at all. Our order as taken was correct. It 100% was the cashier not adding the second sides. Over all it was good. We will be back.

I understand the store just opened and this is why I ordered online way in advance so that I would give the store time for my order. I ordered my meal at 6pm to be ready at 6:30. I am in line at 6:34 and the order status says “preparing”. I get to the window, they have no record of my order. A young man who claimed to be a manager said it was not on the screen. He goes back and then it magically is on the screen. I said ok well I’m here and the status says completed so I’ll wait. The GM comes to the window to say my order is not ready and that the system does it automatically which I find hard to believe since I have worked in the food service industry and someone has to manually annotate in whatever system that the order is ready. So here I am in the parking lot 30 mins later with no food. It should not take over an hour, start to finish for fast food.

Today was my first time at this establishment, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. When I placed my order, Aniya asked what kind of sauce I wanted for my meal. On the receipt, it said I had added two buff ranch sauces, but when I got home, they weren’t included in my order. I was already annoyed, but when I tried to let the establishment know by filling out the contact form which was listed on the receipt, I noticed that their website doesn’t have this store listed yet- which only added to the frustration. It seems that both the store and corporate office have been slacking.

Ordered through the drive through. Waited at least 5-10 minutes per car. Ordered 4 pc chicken extra crispy with mashed potatoes with no gravy. What I received, 4 pc chicken extra crispy with mashed potatoes with gravy. I mean it’s a simple request… Lots of folks order mashed potatoes without gravy. Lack of attention and care to the folks through the drive through. This is fast food restaurant with a large reputation to uphold. Just food for thought.
