This is the worst food we have ever eaten. We have tried this location 2 times in the past few months. The 1st time we sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only for the person to come on ghe intercom and say they couldn’t take our order because they were the only one there. This past time we went we ordered 3 mashed potato bowls. The chicken on them was so hard you couldn’t even chew it. It tasted like it has been cooked hours prior. We ended up throwing all of it away and ordering food from somewhere else. We used to love KFC but will never go back to this location.

We arrived shortly after opening and all of the tables were dirty (still from the night before I guess). The floors hadn’t been swept. We were the only people in, so they weren’t too busy to clean the tables off. ….. They were out of ice and mashed potatoes. It was hot in there. The chicken was fresh. The biscuit was undercooked, the Mac and cheese was decent and the fries were okay.

Two drive thru trips in less than a month. Both times no sweet tea. I ask for Dr. Pepper instead today and they give me a cup full with no ice. And it’s flat. No fizz, no taste! Management and/or owner is not equipping their employees to do business when a restaurant that is literally across the street from a grocery store can’t find their way to a few tea bags. Also the drive thru speaker hasn’t worked in months.

Haven’t had KFC since the beach store closed about 3 or more years ago. Tonight decided to make the drive. What happened to the original recipe. Tasted like any other chicken. Also was overcooked. Fries were cold and hard as a rock. Cold slaw and mashed taters were fine.

I visited this KFC on 6-27-23 and was utterly disgusted from the moment the lady, whose name is not worthy of mentioning, answered the intercom. My dad has been stuck in the hospital a few days, from no eating, to liquids only, then FINALLY solids and KFC being his favorite place, I got here as soon as his dietary restrictions were lifted! The non chalant attitude and rudeness set me off, but Callaway wasn’t quite in reach for the nearest alternative, so I dealt with it. Not only was the KFC restaurant number 2209 in Lynn Haven, Florida window worker rude, but after telling me they’re drink/ice machine was out, I asked if there could be any small substitution to the drink not being provided. She said nope! I asked if I could order an alternate, with just one small side, she said nope! I asked if they had bottled beverages to replace the drink machine being down, she said nope. I asked could she provide the store number, she said she didn’t know it and would not provide me with her name. Small acts of kindness go a long way. Having better attitudes go even further. That location should provide training on better ways to greet and communicate with their customers, while also suggesting alternatives when either the machines are down or the food has run out. I’ll never go back to that location.

We stopped here to get a family box of chicken with all the fixings to take to my sister and our family because she just got out of the hospital with hospice care. I knew that they had the meal that included the chicken, biscuits, Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, sweet tea, and a dessert. That’s what I ordered. Well they did not have any Cole slaw, sweet tea, or the dessert, but I was charged the same price as the complete meal without any compensation for the missing items. The chicken was really greasy on the outside but dry underneath. Needless to say , I was very, very disappointed and upset. I will not be back there.

Honestly at this point corporate might as well just tear this kfc down. It’s always unpleasantly dirty and I mean always. Everytime I order from this kfc it’s at least a 20 minute ordeal and not to mention that’s at least in the drive through because whenever I come inside all the supposed employees just stare at me while it seems only one person is really actually making any food and taking any orders. Once you actually get to order it’s always someone with the worst attitude possible, I don’t know if it’s a trickle effect with bad management but the attitudes surely need to change. Don’t let me forget to mention why are they always out of EVERYTHING? I can without a doubt say for at least the last 3-4 times they were out of so much I couldn’t even get ice for my drink . I have never been one to write bad reviews ever because I know things happen and not every experience can be great always but this is a continuous issue. Every time I end up back at this kfc I dread it. The bad out weighs any good that might come from this kfc if there is any at all. also pic reference: at least make the toilet bowl not match the experience.

Food was delicious. The service was incredibly suffering. Had to wait at counter forever to order so the man could work the window like 4 orders After we came in. Had to ask for napkins. Ate inside. No ketchup for my fries. Didnt get butter and honey as requested. Extremely noisy from all the timers buzzing. Overall… I’m glad the food was good. C-
