Went through the driveway ordered a chicken bucket with extra sides and a mashed potato bowl was told first they had no chicken it would be 17 minutes unless I got half and half chicken I said sure, then was told to pull up and wait and they would bring the food out waited 10 minutes. When I got home over half of my order wasn’t there tried to call for an hour to talk to someone since I live 30 minutes away and then phone does nothing but ring. Horrible experience. Will be calling a manager or corporate

I went here yesterday with my partner for my birthday. We ordered a 12-piece meal with two medium drinks. The total was $41.41. Even though I told the person taking my order that it was “for here”, my order was packed up as a to go order. The meal came with 3 large sides, for which I ordered mashed potatoes & gravy, slaw and macaroni & cheese. My partner and I wanted to share the sides, so I returned to the counter to request two paper plates and some butter for the biscuits. I was told they no longer have paper plates. I asked, “Do you have butter?”. She turned and went to the back of the store to get some butter. While I waited for the butter I looked around behind the counter and saw a stack of paper trays that would serve perfectly as paper plates, so when she came back with the butter I asked for two of the paper trays. She began to refuse my request saying her boss only allows her to provide them for delivery orders. I told her, “Look, it’s my birthday today, and I just spent over $40 on chicken. Can I really not get a paper plate?”. I didn’t say it, but I wondered how I was expected to share mashed potatoes and gravy at the table without a plate on which to put it. Surely they didn’t expect their customers to eat from a bare tabletop. Finally, she relented and gave me two of the paper trays, but told me her boss is watching and she was going to get in trouble for it. I told her that was ridiculous, which it is. The food was great, but the order should definitely have come with paper plates.

June 12. 8:30 pm. I haven’t been here in a long time cause it was always something. I decide to try it out. It was going good but whoever is working just don’t care or they’re a little slow. I ordered my food and she told me to pull up it would be 6 minutes and I’m very patient so after about 20 minutes we go in to see where the food is. We had to tell her our order again!! Then had to wait 10 minutes for “fresh food”. Now I’m sitting here eating this cold nasty food wondering why I wasted 23$ on this place.

A little better than it’s been in the past. I did have a guy at the drive thru window bring out my food after a long wait a while, so I asked him what took so long? He said there were people in front of me. Then he said, “Do you have a problem with that?”. At first I thought he was joking but he kept chirping as I drove away. Blow flies don’t bother me but I wonder how many people he’s treated like this before me? In case anyone at KFC wants to know…I didn’t get his name but he was about 5″9 dark hair and medium skin color.
