This KFC is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We went through the drive thru on 8/20/2023 of course against our better judgement and what do you know. Cashier made a mistake when processing payment and the manager came up and they were so rude , horseplaying with each other and swearing . Honestly ghetto. They had my debit card for atleast 7-8 minutes. Chicken littles seemed like they dipped the whole sandwich in a bowl of mayo literally even on the outside of the wrappers. Will never go here again. Highly recommend avoiding this KFC!

I will say the employees are trying and seem to care but there is a problem at this location upper management needs to address. Literally every time I have gone, they are out of some type of chicken if not ALL. I just picked up my order today and they had to substitute everything. I ordered a 6 piece mixed extra crispy, ended up with original recipe 7 wings and 1 tiny thigh. They were trying to make up for the inconvenience by giving me 2 extra pieces. There were several other understandably upset customers in there when I picked up my order. It was dinner time and there was no chicken, at the 1 place to eat in this part of Deltona. It’s obviously been an issue for some time based on other reviews and my own experiences. Why isn’t anyone trying to resolve it?

Everything was okay, today I needed to order from this kiosk. Unless you are paying with cash they won’t take your order at the cashier. Also you have to put your phone number or email to get a receipt. Why does KFC wants my phone number or email??? So inconvenient for customers… Elderly customer were having issues with the kiosk as well while we waited for our food. Self-Kiosk does not work for everyone.

If you are a chicken franchise, the last thing you should run out of…is chicken. 30 min prior to closing we were told “we’re out of chicken , but if you want chicken you should come around 8.” I have been in this area for 18 years and this store amazes me how they still operate day to day.

I made a order via Uber. My order was missing several items. I called to talk to someone in reference to this matter and I was connected to the manager on duty (Travis). His first response when I explained the situation was I need to talk to Uber, he did not apologize for the missing items or offer to have them replaced. Not until I mentioned that I would like to have the items replaced he did not offer to. And kept referring me to take it up with Uber.
