Also this time forgot drinks that came with combo very busy talking among not paying attention to customers or order special I was only 1 on drive through I order chicken tender they put chicken nuggets order come with 2 side they put 1 side. We went through the drive-thru and received really old and cold food. I went back to correct it. The girl behind the registry was rude and dismissive. Instead of saying sorry, we will correct this for you. She said it’s going to be a while for fresh food. Then, with the constant eye rolling, she poured grease from the fryer into my food. The manager on duty was cursing. I didn’t want to talk to him about the situation. I haven’t been to long John silvers in a long time. I won’t be going back.

This place needs to close !!! I went thru the drive thru around 6 tonight Sunday 03/06/22 and got home and WASTED 16 bucks on food that went directly into the trash can. The fish was DISGUSTING!!! See photos. It is covered in something that’s burnt in the oil. I’d LOVE to know how often they change or even attempt to clean the oil… With the looks of this fish it’s been a VERY long time !!!! The chicken tasted like fish. Period.. Did NOT taste like Original Recipe KFC… They are absolutely frying the chicken & the fish in the SAME oil !!! That is just totally unacceptable to take peoples money and give them GARBAGE like they serve. !!! Never ever go here !!! The food is horrible. I fully intend to contact corporate or whoever I need to and forward the pics so they can see the food that is being served. Check out the pics and you will see how DISGUSTING their food is !!!!

I was in the store and in front of the counter. Employees were just going back and forth and not minding who was standing. This went for about 6 minutes. I saw a young man with a small iPad and asked who would attend to me. He said He had to feed some information into the register before he could attend to me. I then told him that my food was free. I would think that he is a new employee and he doesn’t know what he was doing, because some other employees came to assist him but none came to take my orders. A shift manager came and later asked what I wanted. I am not impressed with the service. They are slow, too, in taking other customers’ orders.

orst experience I have ever had at a KFC. The people in front of me waited an hour and 15 minutes for a 4 piece shrimp for a platter. They handed the old shrimp to them and said “I gotta throw it away cause its old, so you can have it, no charge”. I waited 45 minutes for 24 nuggets and a kids meal. The manager just walked around and let his employees tell him what to do. No urgency, silverware, tea, or sauces. This store wont last.

Waited an hour for chicken, we didn’t get out capri sun, large gravy, they were out of fries, all the sides were barely filled. The food tasted horrible. The place looked unkept . After spending $50 I literally have to go pay to get food somewhere else. I never leave bad reviews like this but damn. Worst experience at a fast food joint in a long time.

Came in with a friend expecting to eat a hot a ready meal but instead received old and cold food; along with that we were missing items on our order we went back through the drive through to get the missing items and they had us wait over 10 minutes must’ve forgotten about us because we had to go inside to retrieve it.
