The food is good. My dad is handicapped and was told he couldn’t pick up through the drivethru, so we went in together. All the employees would keep walking away and wouldn’t talk to me. After about 15 mins, one of them came to talk to another person who had skipped in line, so I asked if my pickup order was the one sitting on the counter behind her the whole time. She just said oh sorry and gave it to me. By the time I got home, the food was cold, and the drinks were watery. Their food isn’t bad, but their customer service is the worst.

This is seriously lying about the time they close. They actively take online orders assuming they close at 11 but you get there and their closed at 10pm. M-F. They took my mobile order and now I have to fight to get my money back.

Called ahead of time for pot pie,was told it would take 22 minutes to cook. When I arrived the pies were not cooked yet. Had to wait another 22 minutes. Then they had not cooked enough crispy pieces. It’s Saturday night. People go out to eat. I will never go to that store.

I go to 10825 e colonial driver restaurant location 4 to 5 times per month. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC. The food was greasy, the chicken was burned, the small bucket did not pull the grease away from the food as it was designed to do. There’s a Popeye’s across the street that will now get my 4 to 5 times per month.

The chicken is good, but whoever the manager was on the night we went needs to get their crew in gear. Came in, people standing around. Asked those standing around if they had ordered. Two said no, one yes. Stood there expecting a worker to ask who’s next. Just saw workers in the back taking chicken out of a heater and moving it to another heater. They had a sign saying 10 days without a complaint. Well after that night better wipe that off and put 0. After standing for 10 minutes I just left. How can you just ignore people that come in and wait at the register and you don’t address them of the situation? Like we have a bunch of really larger orders can you please wait.
