The chicken tenders had great taste, the biscuits on the other hand taste day old. And I didn’t like that I wasn’t asked rather I want my receipt or not. I think this is a bad habit that’s occurring in a lot of fast food joints. I use mines for points so, put in in my hand or bag, even ask rather I I want it or not. Hear Ye! Hear Ye! “I want my receipts.” This habit needs to be stopped at once.

This place is a joke, there is never enough workers. Yesterday they took one order at a time and didn’t bother to take the next order until the car left the window. So obviously that means they need help, had my teenager apply, call, and manager said come at 10 am today for interview. As soon as they seen he wasn’t the race that they wanted. She never came out to interview him. We waited over 40 minutes to no avail.

I just went here at 8:30pm. I wasn’t even that hungry nor do I come here often at all. Got a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich meal with fries. Drove home about 10 minutes. Everything was hot and delicious! Including my drink! Excellent experience!

Beware of rim damage super tight drive-thru is ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Anytime you come in it’s a hassle to get anyone to even take or give you your order. Never fill the bowls of food on any side. Good quality of food, not good quantity. Needs severe work on customer service.

I made a mobile order for a 8 pc and got to the drive thru after 15 minute drive. They told me to wait 20 minutes because it is being made. I left and came back 20 minutes. They said it will be another 5 minutes. Ok I came back 10 minutes. Still waiting. Smh

Customer service is terrible. The young lady working the drive through has customer service issues. Flat out rude! The food order was good. But no sauce for the nuggets was provided, no straw for drink and no napkins.
