First time and first in line customer at this branch. We waited for the opening time before we proceed to our staycation hotel. Had our breakfast with 4 pc of original chickens and a large coleslaw. The area is neat and the staffs are very courteous. She even gave us a huge portion of very large coleslaw and an extra biscuit. Very poor customer service from the associate Kevin at drive thru today! He was very rude also was giving me attitude trying to basically rush me out of the drive thru but there was no other cars behind me at all!! Was charged for a LG drink when I never asked for a LG and never received a LG I got a regular size soda! He doesn’t pay attention to customers when they’re speaking! He obviously isn’t there for the customer satisfaction!! I don’t think I’ll be back for a while!!!

I have been coming to this place for years and I have seen the prices rise and food quality drop. This my first time putting them down after all the bad experiences but their staff think it’s funny that you get hard chicken and biscuits. I gave the food to my dog and will from now on check food in the drive thru before pulling off.

Okay it was okay experience I mean I went in to get a certain kind of chicken I wanted all extra crispy mostly dark meat It took over 10 minutes to get my food they didn’t give me what I asked for to kept complaining about not having enough chicken or something The girl that run me up I’m assuming gave some customer free food because he used to work there or something and I mean a lot of food gave a way while us paying customers had to wait. There was tiles misin from the ceiling It was really hot in there they see was definitely not working. They can do better.

I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes at 7pm while the entire team stared at me like I was the first customer they had ever seen. Finally one of the employees decided to walk over and mumble “lobby is closed” and then walked off. Let’s post the store’s hours on the door maybe? This place has gotten 2 bad checks in the last month for hygiene. On cleaningness. Not a good place to eat in Port St. John. I worked there for 2 weeks had to pull out. So dissatisfied with the not cleaness. People’s can get sick. Leave me anonymous on this one. Please because I have first-hand experience.
