Hi guys, I would like to recommend that you visit the KFC in Hialeah because they have a great team that works together well. The restaurant is very clean, and they cook the chicken perfectly. Additionally, they are diligent about checking the food expiration every 2-3 hours and replacing it with fresh food. I have had experience working there myself for almost 6 years back in 2006, and I know that the manager and owner are strict about ensuring that the food is safe and meets all FDA standards. It’s definitely a great place to eat if you’re in the area!

I went here are did some thing different. I ordered the chicken big box with grilled chicken and coleslaw. This location is on 49th street on the Hialeah Miracle Mile. The location is fairly open. I haven’t seen it crowded and the food is similar to other locations. I ordered no side items , just the chicken box as this is usually alot of chicken for me to eat. Good portion size for the money and glad they have a grilled chicken option

I’m posting a 1 star because I can’t post any lower what a disappointment. DO NOT go to this KFC I been going here for more than 20 years my last visit had some issues but today broke the line. I will not be going back here really disappointed I order a 8 piece meal for my family of 4 and when I got home it was not even worth for 1. The chicken look like pigeons thighs super battered with crisp no meat , a very small portion of mashed potatoes and the rest of the items what can I say. This meal before used to be enough to satisfy 4 people with good portions. It’s sad that this days how economy is that the people get ripped off with this POOR quality.

What a killer deal on the KFC app! 8 pieces of chicken $10, 8 chicken tenders $10! Unbelievable! For pickup only I think? On this rainy Wednesday afternoon my Uber & I had to wait an extra 5 minutes to complete my order of chicken, tenders, sides & drinks! Again I placed the order on the KFC app ahead of time. Wow! Got home and attacked the chicken which was still hot! Super experience & a super limited time offer!

The service is disgusting. The young woman taking drive thru orders and working the window during my visit had the nastiest attitude. She obviously couldn’t handle multitasking and kept screwing up my order while yelling at other customers on the headset. No manager appeared to be present. The small staff also gives off “If you confront us about our attitude/wrong doings, we’ll spit in your food” vibes. I won’t be returning to this location.
