Today Friday May 26th exactly at 6pm i was at the drive thru at the KFC on Sample Road. I have always gotten good customer service before from the workers. But this time it was horrible. I sarted my order, “can i have a 8 piece with” and before i could finish the person asked me would you like a drink and im thinking its probably a promotion or something. And then he said what side and i asked i thought it comes with two sides, he said no the nuggets does not come with two sides. Mind you i forgot that KFC sells nuggets (i have never ordered them before so i am not accustomed) anyways i corrected myself and told him im sorry its the 8 piece chicken i would like. He gave a smh and then ask what sides and i told him mash potato and fries, and i would also like it mixed please. Went around to pay, i asked for a receipt was told that the machine does not have paper. When i got the order i asked the nice young lady if the chicken was mixed and she had ask the same person who took my order and he came to the window and asked “did you say you wanted mixed?” And rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth, With so much attitude, very rude and unprofessional and he is a manager or a supervisor, He had on a strip black and white shirt.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The attitude of the workers at night are so stink and disgusting. Especially that tall black guy..I did not get his name (I was in the drive-thru)…cause I sure would have put him on blast right now. He’s so mouthy and full of words. How discourteous and unprofessional. The Haitian lady taking my order, that guy kept cutting in on our conversation, I could not order in peace. It’s as if he was being bothered and was rushing us. Mind you, there wasn’t anyone before us in line or behind of us. We were the only ones ordering and they looked relaxed and chill walking around and holding the window. Not to mention, they ended up not giving us our fries and when we went back to inform them at the window, his response was, “No way you didn’t get it”. As if he was trying to say we were lying. We really did not get the fries after all that slick talk and hurry. Such unpleasant experience. The food wasn’t even all that. It was a terrible and awful experience and service overall. I won’t be going back to that location.

I have been here on 5 separate occasions. The food order is always wrong, gross, or we recieve less food than we order. One time I got a half baked biscuit, this time I paid for 3 tenders and only received 2. They are always rude here as well, I am not sure why. They are either miserable from work or from home, perhaps management is mean to them as well, perhaps their team is weak and does not work well, perhaps they are being mistreated from corporate. Regardless, they are consistently rude in every interaction I have had with them. One time I went through with my dad and we needed a minute and in the span of 3 minutes 3 different people talked to us and one demanded we order right away when there was no line.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and I ordered a 2 piece chicken combo to open up and see that the chicken still had feathers on it.. I wish i could attach the photos/ videos for evidence but this has to be the most disgusting thing i’ve ever seen

Highly disappointed. The woman who took my order was nice, the first visit was good , but just now I came in for tenders and they were dripping water when I bit into them and were slimy like soap. The woman was nasty towards me and didn’t care about what I had to say. No name, short in height , Hispanic, and heavy . The atmosphere is dead inside … just do better! I’ll try again after holidays .

I was there earlier today at 2pm and ordered 2 chicken littles and a 3 PC for my husband and the food was cold and horrible I’m calling corporate and make a complaint they are all these Haitians and Spanish people who can’t understand English and not that I have anything against anyone and no I’m not racist but it’s horrible business horrible service because they don’t perform their jobs accordingly because they don’t understand English
