It was quite good, I have chosen this branch of KFC because of the parking. The personal of the place was very kind, inside of the building was clean, chicken was delicious, like salad and bread, but French Fries were very oily. And the toilet if the premises was dirty, evenI didn’t let my kids to use it. If the administration will read my review, please, pay attention for that things. 3 stars was not enough, but 4 is more than this place deserves.

So once again this KFC disappoints me. A couple months back I had to order online to get the 8 piece bucket. Today their online ordering was down and I had to visit the restaurant to place an order. They would not honor the online price in the store. The manager kept walking away and would not offer any discount. One young man came to the register to offer a $5 discount. The manager wanted me to drive to another KFC several miles down the road. Someone is in the wrong role.

I had a very bad experience at this place, I made a mistake ordering my food, I let the lady’s know so she can fix it, she said in a nice way that she need to call a manager in order to do that, when Fatima,the manager came she was very rude with me and with the employee because, I honestly don’t know how this company can have a manager with no customer service skills, never come back again
