they need to just close this kfc down. everyday i come here it’s a problem they never have fresh chicken or the pieces you want always telling me what they can give me. today i offered to wait 25 mins for crispy i wanted 2 pieces grill they gone tell me i’ll cook the crispy but the grill gone be what’s in here. by time i wait 25 mins the grill gone be old. y’all really need to work on customer service or just shut down good for nothing at all

I did drive thru ordered a bucket of grilled chicken and was given fried. I also didn’t get my two large sides. When asking for honey mustard I was told “we don’t have buffalo”. I repeated “honey mustard” and she said again “we don’t have buffalo”. I arrived at home with the wrong food, missing food and very confused with the conversation regarding the sauces. Oh and I was given honey barbecue.
