Today I have a really good experience here I ordered food as regular but for 1st time I tough the mistake my order so I went inside and ask the lady for the missing item the cashier Jasmitte was so kind and very good attitude and change my order. Later I found the missing item at the end of the bag under the box of chicken. May God bless her she without knowing tough me a lesson that sometimes the customer can be wrong also that been kind to everyone even if they seems to be forgotten their food ordered. May God bless her and all of you.

Dine in horrible dirty really poorly maintained. Service wise employee Torn is and was the most humble giant there. He helped and tried everything to make things right. Although he could see things were not pleasant he still kept a smile and was very respectful. Food is garbage. Burnt old looking chicken refried fries. Low quality not KFC Standards actually not anywhere Standards. KFC’S in my opinion has gone down and is going down period to me. I judge by performance quality of food and service and by far this has been my worse KFC thus far. Don’t come here stay away for your safety. Food inspectors should do a surprise inspection I feel sanitation Standards won’t even fly. But TORN was great he is the only thing at this KFC worth saving everything else trash it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER PEOPLE LIKE THOS SHOULDN’T WORK. They had the an attitude a stink attitude the fruit punch didn’t take like a fruit it’s was sour and taste cocktails. I am a paramedic and arrived to the restaurant with the ambulance on the east side of the building. The door was locked and the employee was standing in the lobby. I was able to talk with her through the window and show her that I was in the ambulance and I explained that our ambulance would not fit through the drive through. I was in full uniform and identified myself. I was advised by a staff member I was not able to order food unless I could drive to the window. I have never had an issue with any other place being in uniform with our ambulance trying to get food. I called the manager directly in the parking lot. At first she was extremely rude and could not comprehend what I was telling her. I explained that my ambulance was out in the parking lot and that it was not going to fit through the drive through. She eventually asked me what I wanted, and wanted me to pull to west side of the building, but at that time we got a call and I could not order any food.

I was in drive-thru I ordered the 5 piece tender when I arrived at work qith my food it was burnt un-edible . I did call and received the next day replacement and the young manager was very apologetic

Been waiting 40 minutes just to get what I didnt order. I asked for crispy and got a mix of whatever they wanted to throw in there. They gave me original, crispy tender and piece that that I cant even tell what part of the chicken it is (a collar bone?) had to break it open it was an old looking chicken tender. I waited 40 mins for the cashier to later tell me after I get my order its mixed and it wasnt even hot. I could’ve went to Chili’s or a dine in restaurant with waiter service and got my food faster.

If I could give 0 ZERO stars I would. Horrible customer service, very rude and disrespectful employees. I was very polite and they were very arrogant and self centered. I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I returned my untouched meal / no refund we received.

I just purchased a 8 pcs meal and I requested three breast, but I was told that they only have two breast. However, I only got one breast and it looks so bad. I attached the photos.
