KFC – Kentucky Fresh Chicken. we ate around 11-12 noon in this branch. my partner was satisfied on how the chicken was freshly cooked. i do hope they maintain this kind of product. But I observed that the crew wears worn out uniforms. The cleaner’s white uniform was very dirty and the way he cleaned the table after we ate was not hygienic. Just wiped it out with a paper. management attention to this practice. we just recently came from COVID experience. cleanliness is the best prevention.

This location can get busy certain days and certain times of the day, however they do provide excellent customer service and this location is clean and the workers are friendly and patience. The food was a little cold but it was good. If you’re in the area I recommend this location.

The employee working the window who said his name was Chauncey refused to give me my online order unless I went inside. I could not go inside for personal reasons and he did not care and continued to refuse to give me my already paid for order. He then rudely shut the window on me. When I asked him again for my order he said with a huge condescending smile that he cannot give it to me. I tried calling the customer service number and got no response. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with this experience. In case his name isn’t as he told me he was a tall skinny African American male more than likely in his mid 20s.

Worst experience ever, I’m not from FLL and was the first time in this location, the cashier at the drive thru who worked on Saturday night May 13th was very very VERY rude, I started my order and I started changing my mind, once I went to the window to pay they didn’t even said hello or something, just said “8 pcs and a fries” took my card and once gave me the card back they closed the window rudely without say anything (I’m use to pay in one window and go to the next one to pick my my food) and started yelling “where you going without your food” I retro with my car and once they gave me food (again without say anything) I told them “next time let the customer know what they need to do, cause it’s my first time here and u closed the window rudely so I didn’t know” they was very rude and at the end they yell at me “faggot” and slammed the window. Worst customer service and experience for a tourist
