Ordered my food online at approximately 1446 hrs, was told it would be ready at 1508 hrs. Showed up at 1515 hrs, waited 10 minutes at counter before being acknowledged and received food at 1550 hrs. Way to go KFC, so much for fast food and friendly service.

Bad attitude, old and stale chicken, warm and soggy fries? Really???? I felt some utterly unwelcome. Publix fried chicken is far better and less expensive. No wonder Chickafilla has taken over the market. I don’t blame KFC, but their employees certainly are not worried about losing their jobs.

I placed an order through doordash, unfortunately 1 of the 2 items that I ordered was sold out, but thanks to the sweetest manager ever , she replaced it with a huge smile and made sure I was satisfied. The food was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately there was a customer holding up the line (not the stores fault), so a few of us had to wait in the drive-thru.

RUDE in the drive through. Took the order never said another word to me. Wouldn’t look at me. Got the food, was prob the worst chicken tenders I’ve had from a restaurant. They were old, over cooked, dry and hard to eat. Wouldn’t go back.

Wow One bad review after another. I’ll add to it. I came inside and ordered a 5 piece tenders meal. I politely asked if two sides are included. The the girl says oh you want two sides. A dipping cup is included but I didn’t ask and I didn’t get one. Thankfully I had some ar home.. Yes the chicken was dry. In the warming drawer for few hrs prob. The boy that gave me the food can’t even smile or say thank you have a good night. Be happy you have a job. It’s not so bad. Have a good attitude. Honestly for 8.00 I get the same meal in publix fresh , more portions and polite service. Sorry to say.

Last visit had to be the worst. While service was good, my Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning had no flavor but seltzer water. In this day and age, drinks should never be served with a lack of syrup. It was a total letdown. Food was just okay.
