This should be a negative review by most standards it began with a very rude women taking my order in the drive through this person does not belong in customer service I have not been to KFC for quite some time so I admit I am out of date on the menu and sale items, with that being said I asked if there were any specials or specialty items. immediately she became irrate what do you want sir? I reiterate my question what do you want sir ! I couldn’t believe the level of content towards a customer simply for asking a question when I arrive to the window there is a nice gentleman who apologized for the previous conversation. and asked if I would give KFC the opportunity to make it up to me and my family i was very impressed with this articulate youngman he wished me a blessed day noticed my marine corp shirt thaked me for my service and said good bye. I was on the verge of cancelling my entire order and driving off ! this man made my day there are still some decent citizens in palm beach county i see hey KFC more like him less like her

They’ve been great I’m the past but I believe they recently have undergone new management. The old management was impressive and all employees were professional, without cell phones on the job, and the process was smooth. Now things are starting to go under, and the lack of direction is likely affecting their service. They’re still good, but there’s no doubt the old management was perfect.

Great location! However, I’ve noticed their tenders and chicken are smaller than other KFC’s in Palm Beach County. Like the one on Military next to the airport are not only bigger, their better quality.

This location was horrible. I ordered the $5 Fill Up Box. The only thing that tasted good out of it was the biscuit. The mashed potatoes which is normally decent tasted like dirty water. The Chicken was dry. I will never touch or look at this location again.
