I just wanted to take a moment to recognize two fantastic team members at the jog/forest hill location. I pulled up 6 minutes to midnight, knowing they were closing and hating myself as any fast food worker would. I ordered Mac n cheese and they got it hot and ready in about 6 seconds and were SO polite and friendly. They already had everything broken down, cleaned, lights were off, and they still served me. They were really DOING THEIR JOB! Fantastic! Those 2 ladies were getting it DONE! And with a polite and happy demeanor? At almost midnight on a Wednesday?! Give them girls a raise! Their names were Isamara and Dachemine. I even went to Wendy’s for a roommate’s order and they still had an hour before closing and treated me like trash. I drove back over to the KFC to make them write their names down because they were so wonderful. Seriously – they need promotions or raises!

I only eat the chicken pot pie. Oh and the coleslaw. Occasionally I’ll get the meal to include the drink and cookie but I don’t like the cookies here. Pot pie always hits the spot. Consistently delicious. Drive thru service was great. Only issue today the Mountain Dew I ordered was like soda water. I called the restaurant to let them know, Mgr says I can come back for drink anytime. I’m posting this to show as he did not take my info. Lol.

walked in to eat and stood at register to order and nobody acknowledged me.. they flat out ignored me… so I walked out… if I could give negative stars, I would… I will never go back to any KFC even if they gave me free food for a year and I don’t recommend anyone else go to at least this location… they need to close this location immediately

Horrible experience after waiting for our food about 15 mins they asked us to wait in a parking spot then forgot about us. We had to walk in to get it and we checked our food and told them they forgot our biscuit they tried to say our meal didn’t come with one when it clearly shows it on their menu! Horrible customer experience and cold food!

Well just don’t go by the Google listing price, which says $135 per night. When I called I was told there are no rooms available for that price and the cheapest room I could get was $195, so I told them to forget it, them the gentleman on the phone proceeded to tell me he could lower it to $175, again I said forget it, and was about to hangup, once again he said he can get it down to an even lower price, $150, I said ok that I can do. He asked if I was a rewards member and that if I am then I can get this price. I said ok then sign me up. So he did, i paid and reserved the room over the phone, then I get to the hotel and he tells me it’s $179.00 , by the time I got there I had already paid for an Uber to get there and I felt I had no choice but to go ahead and pay the price. So I felt I was deceived and manipulated a little bit. The rooms are nice, and comfortable, my only advice is don’t go by the price on Google.
