It may be the busiest KFC in Boynton but that’s because the service can’t be matched at any other location! Never had an issue with my order. Customer service is always on point here and they know how to handle a lunch rush. Employees at this location deserve a raise!!

Guy at drive thru asked me twice. I dont have an accent, but when I went to the window he took my payment. He was talking to the guys in the back, took my payment, handed back my card, gave me the food order. I checked the lightweight bag and the order was not complete. When I asked where is the second bowl he said I needed to pay. So I originally asked for two mash potato bowls I needed the second one for my husband. My first order for one mash potato bowl and two biscuits cost me 17.00 then the second potato bowl cost me 6.95. I told my coworkers about my experience and they wanted me to go back and talk to the manager. I think it would be a waste of my time and aggravation. Cant wait to tell my next door neighbor of my experience as his late Moms Grand Uncle was Colonel Sanders. NEVER AGAIN. I would be better off going to Publix and pick up a jar of gravy, Bob Evan’s mash potatoes and chicken nuggets and create my own.

Was much busier than normal. There were five cars in line when I got there and the first one took about 10 minutes from the time of order to the time they got food. But after that it was about 5 minutes per vehicle. The chicken was extremely dry. The flavor was standard. The sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw were a good temperature. This was they worst KFC I’ve ever had, the pot pie was so dry and old you could see how old the chicken was inside and how dry the whole pie was from sitting around. The mac and cheese was good and the biscuit was fresh, even the doctor pepper tasted bad, sorry I went there don’t waste your money
