Great food fast and friendly. Very satisfied!! The chicken was so tender and juicy we got Crispy this time usually we get an original recipe. It’s great both ways all the fixing with it mashed potatoes, gravy coleslaw, macaroni, and cheese, and mouth-watering biscuits. Also chicken tenders for “Pickles” for our doggie. Now go get your chicken on!!

Terrible experience. Ordered and wasn’t asked original or crispy… I ordered our family bucket and then requested an additional 2 legs. They “had a rush” and needed 13 minutes to make more. Obviously not waiting that long for FASSST FOOD! Mind you, the reason we went there was because our 8 year old wanted chicken legs after a rough day. Fine… we gave her the 2 it came with… but I then made a point to say, we wanted the crispy not original btw… THAT was the first time I was told that they were fully out of crispy and only had original “because of that same rush”…. Now, I get it. But why tf was that not mentioned when I was ordering? Oh… because you didn’t want me to pull off. They’re way of helping us out was giving 4 terrible prepackaged cookies. Bad. Terrible. I’m not kidding, this is the only kfc around and this was the last straw with this establishment. Literally, unless given about $100 gift card. That night we spend $47 for honestly old terrrrrrrible chicken. Should be ashamed.

Server very friendly at the drive thru window, all smiles. She scores a solid 10. The dinners we ordered however DO NOT! The chicken was tough & dry, the extra crispy was anything but crispy & tasted like it had been under the heat lamp since noon…and this was our evening meal. The potatoes were only so-so, but cole slaw was ok. I had not had this experience previously, however, it is questionable if I will go back.
