Customer service very pleasant but food is another. I grew up (since 70′) eating KFC and the food has gone down. This is my last venture to KFC. Chicken flavor has definitely changed not for the better. Don’t get me started on SIZE and overcooked chicken. Tables need to be cleaned of grease stains and crumbs more often. Thanks for the memories.

It’s 7:12pm on a Monday (3/13/23) and I see employees inside, but they are refusing people to go inside or even do drive thru because they want to be closed. No messages or explanations. A worker even came outside to just remind me that they told me they were closed. No idea what the food is like, but the service is atrocious.

I’ve attempted to come to this KFC for chicken on three separate occasions in the last two weeks (once at 1pm, once at 9:45pm and then again at 3:45pm) and all three times they did not have any chicken besides nuggets/tenders. I don’t know what goes on here but a store that sells chicken not having chicken regularly is quite bizarre…

I went thru drive thru and placed an order. Apparently, the employee didn’t get the order so the manager comes on and asks for the order. I stated that I already gave the order. She gets an attitude and states “Have a nice day.” I pull around to the window to pay and she tells I was rude and she is not serving me then slams the window and locks it. I honk my horn to get corporate’s number and her name and she instructs the employees not to answer the window. After waiting 30 minutes, my daughter goes inside to get the number and she proceeds to curse at my daughter. We then google the customer complaint number while still in the drive-thru to leave a complaint. She proceeds to call the police and stated we were trespassing when all we requested was the number to corporate number so we can leave. This establishment is the most unprofessional place I have ever visited and the franchise should be closed or either the employees retrained. While the manager is cursing at my daughter, the employees proceeded to just laugh it off and this unacceptable because if the manager has this type of behavior, this will be learned behavior by the lower level employees. It is an absolute disgrace and I would avoid this establishment at all costs. I could’ve been a secret shopper and this is how they treat their customers. If I could give s zero I would.

For a place with no line ever they can’t seem to get a simple order right. On the recent visit I Ordered a 4 piece and got 3 but make no mistake they remembered to charge me for 4. Please start requiring simple math knowledge for jobs.

This is by far one of the worst KFC locations to get food from. The staff doesn’t care about the food or the customer (maybe not all staff) they mix old burnt stale nuggets that sat out for hours with fresh nuggets instead of tossing. The staff is unprofessional including the manager. Who ever owns this location needs to do an under cover boss situation but as a customer to see what paying customers experience.

Employees need better training, for some reason here pickup and delivery mean the same thing. Was picking up a doordash order for my pregnant wife when a employee denied my pickup, walked away from me while I was talking to her, then started yelling when she came back. What a prank
