The quality of this KFC has dramatically improved in the last 3-4 months. The chicken is juicy, the cold slaw is fresh,…you can tell the cook, and prep cook care. Well, as most reviews this review is no different. We ordered a 16 crispy piece meal with 4 sides and 4 biscuits. First thing we got orginal chicken which look fresh but we ask crispy. When they exchanged the chicken we got extremely old chicken and hard biscuits. Why, is ut this store gives out old food??? This store is close to our house but I will drive to the distance to go to another kfc.

We ordered here and the one taking the order was completely incompetent. He charged us for things we didn’t even order, and still kept asking us what we wanted. He didn’t know that name of the menu items we wanted and it wasn’t until a manager came by to fix his mistake. But even though we were refunded for what we were charged that we didn’t want, we were still charged for our original order, which at this point should’ve been given to us free of charge. I don’t know why they still made us pay when it was their staff not knowing how to press the right buttons. Completely unbelievable.

Went inside and cashier was sitting down on her phone and never noticed me. Waited to see how long before she looked up. About 2 minutes into waiting someone in the kitchen saw me and alerted her. She appeared to have been bothered to help.

My husband was picking up dinner and was told that the dining room was closed and that he had to come through the drive thru. Once he got home and looked at the chicken this it what we seen…over cooked cold chicken!! When they filled the order they should have asked themselves “Would I Eat This”!
