Ordered delivery and they forgot my chicken tenders and biscuits. Called the store and their only offer was for me to drive there (not an option- why I paid for delivery) or get a refund but that needed to be done on the app- but that wasn’t an option either. It’s their own app. So I’m out my money and can’t feed my whole family the meal.

The young lady who was the cashier was truly terrible. She was rude & put in our order for “DoubleDowns” incorrectly. She’s always like that but the food we do end up getting is cooked properly even if it’s not what we ordered so the kitchen people seem to be on top of things.

This store was a mess. The tables had not been cleaned. I had to use a baby wipe to wipe down the table and the seats. The order felt rushed and we didn’t have a line, just us standing there. While we ate a few cars pulled up to the front door and came in to order and waited for their food. The food was alright, I have had better chicken sandwiches at other KFC’s but I would do a Popeyes chicken sandwich over visiting this location again.

The food was disgusting and the service was poor. When I got home the chicken was hard and nasty the Mac and cheese was hard, it look like they scraped the leftover from the pot. The coleslaw taste bad. I took pictures of the food. I spend my money in a dinner that I had to throw to the garbage. I won’t recommend that restaurant to nobody.
