Horrible. Ordered 4 piexe given 3 pieces. Management was not supportive. Ask us to drive 5 miles back for 1 piece. I ask to have meal replaced later. I was to ill to return. Chris the manager refused. This is bad. I am ill & can not eat the 3 pieces they put in the bag. It is bad they made an error & want me to pay for it.

I’ve been here twice now – once for Taco Bell and once for KFC. Both times there was an extremely nasty floor mat in front of the drink machine. It was so nasty the 2nd time that debris from it stuck to my shoes and I tracked it on the tile of my home. First visit was TB – it took nearly 15 minutes to get an order for 2 people. Drive through took complete precedence. If you were in the, you waited. 2nd visit was KFC. Order was delivered much more quickly, but I ordered crispy and received original recipe. Young lady at front counter stated that she didn’t know the difference. As is too often the case, on both visits, if visible employees weren’t directly assisting a customer, you could see them on their phones. This is obviously not a high paying job, but everyone there knew and agreed to the wages when they signed on. I will drive further not to have to deal with the nastiness and poor service at this location again.

Warning! Do not order from app! I ordered nuggets with two large orders of fries and they only gave me one order of fries because thats what came across their screen and wont honor the second order of fries even though the app charge me for it and I showed the manager my online receipt who was not helpful at ALL! You lost a costumer over an order of fries! Wow! No costumer service what so ever! Someone needs to be educated about customer satisfaction!

I have ordered vegetarian food in store with Tacobell as the store is a combined KFC TB. They gave me a whole wrong order with all meat in it. I wonder how they can mess up when ordering in person too. I talked with them and had to go all the way back to restaurant to pick up my original order and waste of time for 40 mins. During all this process i never heard one time that they are sorry about messing my order.

The inside is very dirty especially the bathrooms. Also drive thru isn’t any better because there’s items on the board they don’t sell. The food is always cold or lukewarm and most times I’m missing items because they don’t double check the bag.

This place is terrible. I was from out of town walked in was not greeted. Then my turn came and the girl asked away. I had to ask can my order be taken he said when I’m done and turned her back to me. She handed another customer her food and the cashier asked her a question and she just ignored the customer. Finally my turn came, I guess the manager saw I was upset so he came over. The wait for chicken was 20 minutes!! This is a chicken restaurant you should never run out of what you are known for. The disrespectful cashier makes me want to never go there again. I’m glad I was out of town because I would never step foot in there again.

Definitely going to fight to get “chris” some consequences for his actions.. i am a business owner they turned down my service due to my vehicle literally not being able to fit thru the drive thru. Im driving a ford 650 flatbed with cars loaded on back. I have a video if chris being that guy instead of understanding I cannot fit through the drive thru. Ruined my whole lunch break that I barely get to take. And to make it worse, THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS AT THE STORE AT THE TIME ALSO HAVE VIDEO PROOF, how is this store open they average 1 star

I ordered yesterday 1/28 and picked it up at 5:20 pm. This was a meal for my son because he was craving fried chicken. After few hours he threw up all of it. Chicken, fires and biscuit looked as if they were cooked at least few hours ago. Thank God that he is okay today. I learned my lesson and I will never order fast food again!

Literally the worst. I used to love kfc but the rude worker’s on a cashier powertrip is disgusting. Every time i try to give it a chance again it gets worse and worse. Complaints to management do nothing. Ill never give kfc my business again. Picking up a pickup order in the drive through should not be that difficult.
