I don’t think today was the day I wanted to give this kfc another chance but barely wanted to give me any sauce like plates like the last time they didn’t want to give me plate’s which are cardboard lol she’s said I need to pick them one by one not 2 of each sauce which is faster I I liked the black man Who gaves us good service?I always loved kfc.Why are people so mean ?I dnt know if I should go bck?omg whers the ranch tenders drive thru

I ordered the “quick pick up (I got there a few minutes after they said it would be ready)” and ended up waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I then waited another 10 minutes for my food to be put in the bag. They gave me my stuff and was never Apologized to about the wait or how rude they were being. I got to my car, and something told me to check my bag. I was missing a potpie and everything was just thrown in the bag, not stacked or anything.. So I went back in, and when I told the girl I was missing a potpie, she proceeded to roll her eyes and tell her manager that I ordered a potpie but she said they weren’t done yet! I was appalled that she let me walk out of the store without telling me they weren’t even ready yet after I already paid! She said “it’s gonna be at least 20 minutes” and when the manager came over, he said “no actually it’ll be 7. Someone pot then in the oven”. There’s no communication between the staff AT ALL! Their service was terrible and they still never Apologized about anything, unbelievable! It was my first experience at this location and I will not be back there!

I hadn’t been here in a few years and must say, based on this one experience, it has greatly improved. The person working in the drive thru was friendly and helpful when ordering. The chicken was meaty which is an improvement over a few years ago when it was mostly bones. The mashed potatoes and gravy have gone downhill. They taste like instant mashed potatoes.

downloaded app and did my first order, mobile pickup, spent just shy of $50, got the order home, zero biscuits (supposed to be 6), called up to see what they could do, remembered not giving me biscuits, told me they’d give me the biscuits if I could make it back there before they close, which I could not. can’t do anything for me then. friendly enough, fresh good food, but poor customer service. f me then I guess? Uninstalling App. Won’t be back.

I made an order for an original 8 piece bucket at 8:45 PM (the most basic KFC order) from the app, when I got there they old me they don’t have any chicken because they are closing at 10. I aske to speak to a manger and a lady name Nicole came and she was extremely rude and hostile, she tried to escalate the conversation into an argument. You guys ruined dinner for my family tonight, but that’s ok, plenty of places I can spend my money, where they actually care about their customers and provide proper training for their staff.

Food is fine but don’t bother ordering ahead. My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 3:05 but wasn’t ready until 3:20. Instructions for Quick Pick-up say park and come inside, but the doors were locked and the woman inside motioned for me to go through the drive through. I had just been through the drive through for an item I forgot and they told me I had to park and come inside to pick up the mobile order. Finally did get my food, but it was a rather frustrating experience.

Just visited drive thru and it was cold disgusting Mac m cheese I couldn’t even feed to my dogs $20.00 in the garbage.. I didn’t feel cooking today amd my husband said bby Kentucky fried chicken and for what we work hard for some nasty disgusting food I will call corporate managers general manager

I realize paper products are a cost but while I was at your establishment I ordered, and my order was filled, I was eating in, so I went to a table to eat my lunch not realizing no napkin had been included. One napkin placed on my tray would have been sufficient but there was none. I had to get back up and go to the drink station where I thought everything was, no napkins there, hungry I quickly returned to my table and used my reciept to wipe my fingers, on my way out I did find one napkin dispenser at the order counter. Not everyone uses them but also not everyone wastes them. Think your finger licking chicken still needs a napkin and I really think you could have more than one napkin dispenser in your friend chicken restaurant.
