Terrible service. This is the second time this has happened and with the same manager. I make an order when i get there either it’s they are closed before 10pm the time they close or their out of chicken and didn’t get any food for dinner. They could have been more polite towards me and maybe offer something else in equal value to what I ordered if possible but did not get any good service what so ever anytime i go here. I don’t understand why they close before 10pm.

Employee was rude. I ordered via KFC app and went to pick it up. Employee asked me if I ordered a drink. I said yes and I asked if it was sweet tea. She then said yes it is sweet tea and that with it being my drink means it is sweet tea. She said it with an attitude that came across as rude. Come to find out it was Mountain Dew and not sweet tea like I ordered. Having an attitude is one thing, but being wrong about an order is a different level. Be sure to check your order before leaving. Customer service needs work.

If you’re a gambler, try the drive thru here. I shot craps for sure. Ordered original recipe all dark and cole slaw. Got home to discover two extra crispy breasts and green beans. Fortunately it was still chicken. So they got that part right.
