What a horrible experience! I have not been to KFC in a year. I ordered a 4 piece meal and the manager said the meals do not come with sauces. Since when does kFC not provide sauces for chicken?

This place is seriously understaffed. Workers are trying their absolute best despite being frustrated. Building itself is run down and dirty. The ceiling is stained throughout, and everything yiu touch is greasy. This is not a sustainable business model. Probably won’t be around much longer.

Definitely the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to: ants on the walls, a cold sandwich, a soda that tasted like swimming water, dirty tables and floor (even though there was no one besides us) and staff that talks loudly in the back. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely terrible phone service from our to go order. Ordered $47.68 worth of food. Got home and the bag was completely sealed. No large Mac and cheese. Called and the lady said there was nothing she could do and I would have to contact the App Store for a refund. No “I’m sorry!!” Nothing!! If the bag had not been so sealed that I had to cut it open with scissors, we could have checked it there.. 30 minutes round trip. Ridiculous! Btw, the app they’re talking about is the KFC website.

I went to pick up an order my girlfriend placed before 6pm. Her app claimed the order would be ready at 6:09pm. I fully expect any fast food or restaurant to be busy at dinner time so I’m doubtful. I arrived around 6:18pm and the staff is working, communicating with one another just fine. I stand by the designated pickup location to wait for our order. Another customer and his son arrive and wait at the counter for 10 minutes before ever having their order taken. There was never even a line, just 5 groups of people waiting for their orders. 6:30pm they’re out of fries, 6:41pm they’re out of Mac and cheese. After a solid wait of over 30 minutes, I’m over it. Requested the order be cancelled, and I left.

Worse kfc I’ve ever been. I’ve never sat on a drive through line that long, and there was no way for me to get off. So I,along with the entire family had to bear the pain,until I finally got to place the order. And then they messed the order up, they gave my food to another customer. …first and last.
