Several times they never say that the product is not available until you paid and they took your food to the window, or you open the package. On 7/15 at around 8:50pm, I placed an order and an tem from the food was missing. The male employee after giving me a lecture on store policy, was even more rude and took my food out of my sight said he was going to fix the problem. When the food was returned to me, he didn’t keep his promise and the chicken was torn up. I took it home and feed it to my dog. Horrible customer service and store policy that will not refund you for an item that is not available or take the extra cash to upgrade to another product.

Much improved KFC. We stopped there in January, on our way to Florida in January, walked out because of the wait time. On our way home in late March, stopped again and got great service and food. The general manager was vocal encouraging the employees to satisfy customers.

No plastic ware or napkins in our meal bag. They never told us it was ready. Pot pie was tasteless, tenders were salty. Only thing that was ok was the soda from the fonton. Will never go back.

Went to pick up a bucket of chicken and sides to take to the hospital. Went through the drive through and when asked for plates so we could eat our food we were told no. Only eat in customers get plates… are these China plates? My response was I have ordered your food and you won’t provide me anything to eat it on? Yep that is correct. So suggestion is don’t go there. Find another establishment that actually care about the customer. We ended up having to figure out how to eat mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and chicken with no plates…

At this KFC. Was just charged an additional $2.19 for 3 pc. tender meal because I did not want a soda. I was told that the manager does not make the rules, just enforces them. So if I order a soda, may I have the extra $ back? Nope because she gave me what I wanted and that’s what I pay for. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was passing through and stopped to grab something I could eat while. I ordered the popcorn chicken meal. The first 3 or 4 pieces were fine. After that it was gross. They were hard and tasted old. I had to stop else where to get a sandwich. The Mac and cheese was sticky and cold. The bathroom was clean.
