Lack of consistency in service and quality. They either get it right or very wrong. 50/50 Hit or miss. Recession portions, chicken thighs the size of chicken wings and people that don’t know what they’re doing, can’t answer basic questions about menu items and prices. The overall low star rating here has definitely been earned.

I only buy the Nashville hot chicken for myself and every time I ask for extra hot sauce I’m told I cannot have anymore even when I’m willing to pay extra for it. Today the Latino woman in the drive thru was extra nasty to me when I asked for extra sauce also I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order without being asked if I wanted any taco sauce for the tacos I ordered for my family so when my food was brought out I asked for fire sauce and got the look of the devil from the same Latino woman. Not to mention my chicken was dry and burnt.

I’ve Had Some Horrible Experience Here All The Way Down To Not Even Getting Meat On My Taco But Today I Was Greeted Properly By Ms.Dee And She Took My Order Through Drive Thru. Long drive through line. Only to get home and discover 2 of our 3 combos were missing the side. I guess the chocolate chip cookie we weren’t supposed to get was to make up for it? And a wrong drink. But hey, what do you expect from the work field that thinks they’re worth $15/hr?

Imagine around 5 years ago I ate some bad KFC and I said I will never eat there again! But for some odd reason, I stopped by one of the KFC restaurants in my area and ordered some food, and let me tell you, I am disappointed with the food I got. I’ll need to do better!! I don’t know if whenever I do decide to go I get a bad batch. But I guess maybe in another 5 years I might get me a good batch. Please do better I use to love eating KFC but now smh.

Today has got to be the worst experience at a KFC I’ve had in my life. Took 25 minutes just to get the wrong order out. They were out of many menu items. Also they were unable to provide me with a drink even though I paid for it with the value meal. It was also out. During my visit there was a lot of horse playing in the kitchen. Lack of management is to blame for this.
