Clean your dining area! Just watched an employee take a wee rag to the CORNER of TWO tables and then go back behind the counter and do nothing. Meanwhile the rest of the tables were filthy and I as well as other diners had to clean our own table.

I was on vacation from upstate NY, my last day here. Ordered the 8 piece bucket/8piece chicken tender (Digital exclusive) which was to be dipping sauces included, with mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, fries, and 4 biscuits. I picked up the order, got back to my cousins place, and noted there were no chicken tenders at all and no dipping sauces. The staff was friendly when i picked up my order. I did call the KFC in Haines City, Florida to let them know I didn’t receive my tenders or dipping sauces. The person on the phone was friendly, but told me he could not refund my credit card for me not getting the tenders and dipping sauces. He did tell me he could give me an 8 piece tender and sauces if I come back to the store, but, I let him know I was leaving tomorrow morning to go back home to NYS, and couldn’t come back to the place. He was nice and apologetic, but I was very disappointed, as I looked up the price of the 8 piece tenders alone, and they are $15.99 (that’s without dipping sauces). My order came to over $32.00. I definitely will check my order if I ever pick up an online order again, as I’m partially blaming myself for not checking it when I picked it up. If anyone goes to the Haines City, Florida on Rt 27, make sure you check that you receive everything you ordered. Thanks for letting me place my review. I do love The food from KFC, and this was good, except for Not getting my complete order.

Just came back from this KFC on 3185 S. John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. When I opened my LARGE mac & cheese found that it had been scooped from the bottom of the pan and scaped from the walls! Disgusting!

Taco Bell is usually one of my favorites. But this store bites dust . We made our order of 2 Fiesty Veggie burritos and other items. We get to window and are told sorry we have no tomatoes lettuce or quacamole.!! Really.. that’s half the ingredients in the Fiesta burrito . We asked for sauce . We didn’t get it in our bag or the 5 layer beefy burrito. We drove back through to get the beefy burrito and sauce . We sat in parking lot were going to eat but once we Picked up our burritos they fell apart dropped the insides out only to find the beefy was made with chicken? Pieces . Needless to say we dumped the whole mess into trash . How about posting before people order that half the ingredients aren’t available..We won’t be back ..

Went thru the drive thru got the 14 piece 3 sides 6 biscuits clearly ask to please no chicken breast he asked me what would I like to replace it with i said leg and thigh. Tells me to park waited in a space indicated by employee no problem. Get home 4 wings 8 chicken breast REALLY kids like leg and thigh !!! I called 3 times no answer I am very disappointed at you KFC!! 37.00 and kids are not satisfied not fair at all.

For a corporate store it was disappointing. Chicken sandwiches were cold and one was very small. Cashier was very nice but rest of staff was spread to thin to help anyone. Took minutes to get 2 sauce packets, wish they were on the counter.
