The Cashier Jessica has the worse Customer service EVER! Her attitude alone will prevent me from ever coming back to this KFC. She was upset that I didn’t use the self service but I have cash. She never greeted me in fact the only thing she said to me is did you use the self service? I responded no She replied “what you want?” With the nastiest attitude. I got my food and asked for 1 sauce. I held my hand out to receive the sauce, she avoids just giving it to me and drops It in my bag. I then go in my bag to make sure it’s the correct sauce and sees that 4 of the 4 napkins she placed in my bag are all greasy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who’s spending their hard earned money to Spend it at this location to be treated this way.

Unfortunately the service at this location is poor. U don’t only order your own food via there new automated system, which many locations do in todays age so thats okay, but the employees gives an attitude and even look like they don’t want to be their. It may make some people hesitant to ask for sauce or any condiments. As an area manger i wouldn’t be unsatisfied with there performance.

When we asked for a chicken strip basket, we were handed a chicken patty that had been ripped a part. When we questioned it, the team member treated us with contempt. We were handed our meal, and rather then even address us as human beings, they instead asked their manager if they could go home.

Great fresh products and excellent customer experience. Locations like this one make KFC such a resilient franchise. Very friendly and willing to satisfied customer needs. Different of other locations, this one provides fresh chicken, maybe one piece over an hour old. The chicken sandwiches are amazing. Definitely a KFC location to set a part.

I visit this location about 3 times a week. I already know after 8-8:30 they don’t have anymore bowls because they stop making tenders. That there is already one less star. The drive thru employees can be rude. Today I waited exactly 6 minutes at the speaker, I had to say hello to here the guy, with a bothered voice said can you please wait a minute. Last week the girl didn’t even say hi to us, was very upset who knows why, that is not my problem. She was rude giving me the food and the receipt when I asked for it, she gave it to me looking at me serious with a bothered face. Another less star.
