Really disappointed in how downhill this KFC has gone. Half the time my order is wrong in the drive thru, and their whole menu is down so we went inside today. Took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge the three different customers in line at the register. The napkins were out, 3 different sodas were out, the dining room floor and booths were dirty. And ofcourse the food was cold/sub par. I’m tired of giving this place “another try”. A good store manager would have someone clean the place and go grab some napkins from Publix for crying out loud.

I went to KFC on Canoe Creek this evening and got 3 chicken strips and a large coleslaw. When I got home and opened the chicken strips, I was shocked at how small they were and dried out…about 3-4″ long and less than an inch in diameter. Extremely disappointing!!! Will definitely not be ordering those again, if I even return which is unlikely.

Food was good, customer service is awful. Walked in no one in line. At least 6 associates including a manager were standing there taking. All looked up at me and just continued talking. No one greeted me or took my order for at least 3 -4 mins. Another manager came from the back and asked if I had ordered.

The young man at the counter took our order verified our order. We got our order and despite the order taker three times they’re fine. No tomatoes add onions. The kitchen managed to forget the onions and put extra tomatoes on my husband’s chicken power bowl… I also requested to add beef not substitute beef paid extra for beef, got two slivers of chicken. What appeared to be half of the normal serving of beef from previous and other Taco bells. And yet the young man of the register works so hard to make sure he got this right. It wasn’t a big order. It was a KFC bowl. Mac and cheese perfectly fine, soft taco supreme. Deviation, perfectly fine chicken power bowl. Add beef. Add onion. No tomato, total fail. Order was to go. Didn’t bother to go back or call back and probably will think twice before coming back. Restaurant appeared to be clean, however drink station was not stocked had to ask for napkins and sauces. Was not a busy time. One car and drive through two tables occupied. Nobody in line behind us appeared to be appropriately staffed. Thank you for listening. Hope you can improve this for others moving forward.

Since the remodeling, this place has improved a lot. The inside is much more modern and if you have a chance to eat inside, I recommend more than drive thru. The staff is nice. There is thus one guy that may be abit upfront (his voice) on the intercom but he is nice and is moving along the long drivethru line. I do see that they stay with the seasonal holidays inside. Food is good and they try to accommodate for any request as best they can. You also get mint inside lol. I had the fill up famouse bowl. Cutie cashier btw.

No more chances! I’ve been going here for over 8 years and not once have I received the right order. Received my soda which had no ice and was half full. Thigh instead of the overpriced breast no straws, napkins, utensils or dipping sauce. This was by far the most screwed up order I ever received. Trading KFC for the new Zaxby. Bye!

I have never before had such an *immaculate* experience at a KFC. Let alone in any restaurant. Now, don’t get me wrong I’m not the type of person to give 5 star reviews. I’m of the opinion that nothing in life is worth a five star review but the good word of God! But the care and support I felt going through this drive-thru really wet whistle. Usually when I order my signature pickle water, whoever’s back there in the kitchen is rather stingy. They usually only give me one or two pickles, but the girl serving me gave me a whole 6!!! I think her name was something like … Cloudy? Anyway I hope Cloudy is doing well and I’ve been recommending this KFC to all the gals in my church quilting circle!
