The price of this chicken is so expensive. Luckily, the young lady told me to go on the app so I can get a better deal. She helped me through it since it was difficult to sign up. I wish I would’ve known her name. she was very nice. While waiting for my order, I did go to the ladies room that was very dirty with no toilet paper. I ended up going to the men’s room even though I’m a female. At least there was toilet paper and the toilet was cleaner. But the mirror and the sink and the floor looks like it has not been clean for the longest time. Definitely needs cleaning & improvement. Since the menu is so expensive, I would think there would be some money left over to make improvements besides cleanliness.

The place was slow, just 1 customer. I ordered a 8-piece bucket, was told the chicken breast was cooking give it 5 minutes. I asked if they could give me a free drink as a courtesy, and the manager yelled “NO!” about three times repeatedly, said if she gives me a free drink for waiting, now she has to give everyone in the lobby a free drink for waiting – there were 3 people who came in after me.

Zero Stars. To upper management come in and watch the employees work in your store if you care about this place. I just love going into a restaurant or anybody’s establishment and seeing your employees acting like they live outside. I or anybody should not come in anyone establishment and see employees with dirty filthy Uniforms on. No gloves on touching cash and food. Management in there talking loud like her ears don’t work. Cook in the cussing telling the customers can go to McDonald’s.

The food was great as always. The only problem I had was myself and several other customers were standing at the counter for close to 5 minutes as employees just very slowly walked past us or looked at us. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren’t. Some were standing at the bathroom door chit chating. And then when I told them they did not give me one of the fries I ordered, they said that they would give it to me once they cooked. They never did.

Was disappointed at first.Went there for all you can eat buffet.As you can see with the pics the buffet was mostly empty.We were there around 4:30 at night.They were not even busy.I seen no excuse as to why there was hardly a thing in the buffet.Maybe a couple pieces of chicken,a few dried up biscuits.We were not impressed.Ended up ordering a bucket of chicken( the $20 bucket) & getting a few drinks & eating it there.I will say the food was hot.The chicken was great.So it wasn’t a total waste.We’ll go back to this KFC & TRY IT AGAIN.
