The lady taking orders was rude and rushing. They didn’t have fries, chicken was cold and greasy.. I asked for mashed potatoes and fries they gave me green beans and coleslaw. I am allergic to ingredients in the coleslaw.. I spent over 30$ on terrible food… I’m beyond upset.

As Bessemer food service goes it was unbelievable. You actually got your food after you ordered it. Within the same hour believe it or not. The employees did their job and didn’t look at ya crazy or cuss you or step down on you. I wouldnt say there were any all stars on this crew but at least you didn’t feel guilty about ordering food at a fast food joint. And they were only out of 3 items rather than the entire menu.

I found a deal online but could not substitute the sides so went to the restaurant. The cashier knew the menu and available items well but would not match what was on the website so I settled for the closest meal to it. The service was otherwise great.
