Shout out to the Clanton KFC and specifically manager Amy Archer on fantastic above and beyond service today!! My company ordered a special lunch for my office today and she delivered it. The ordered got messed up and she went above and beyond to correct the problem and make sure we had an awesome lunch. The food we got was excellent. However, 2 sides of fries were not there and the store did not answer the fone. We paid for a 16 piece chicken meal with Four Sides; that’s over $50. This is the 2nd time we’ve had food missing from order from this restaurant. It’s 2 years since the last visit, but quality of checking to go orders still sucks. No third time for us.
