Went here today around 11:30 a.m. thinking lunch would be a great time to get fresh food. Got the whole wings meal, wings were very small, stale and dry. They looked and tasted like last night’s leftovers. I get not wanting to be wasteful, but this is uncalled for. Mashed potatoes and green beans were pretty good, biscuit was blah and brittle. My stomach is rumbling now so, sadly, I’m sure there’s a trip to the loo in my near future. Not my normal experience here, it’s usually pretty good. Nobody’s perfect, but please fix it.

I called like 10 minutes till 5 and asked if their lobby was open, and I was told yes, it’s open. We got there at 5:30 and there’s a sign on the door saying they closed the lobby at 5, so I called them, and was hung up on when I tried to explain what the issue was… A women answer the phone and I asked to speak to a manager, and his response was no one is suppose to answer the phone but a manager… well then who the heck was the person who gave the phone to you, why didn’t I speak to her, if she was supposingly a manager.

I ordered online and was sent pick up confirmation for 5:20pm. Due to living 9 miles away I arrived around 15 mins late only to be told it would be 16 more mins. Finally at 6:09pm my husband comes out with an incomplete order. Had to send him back to get missing items (they locked the lobby so he had to wait for someone to leave to get back in) and they still forgot our soda!! Unacceptable..I can spend $40 elsewhere and get better service. Oh and I had to come home and air fry the soggy chicken. $40 wasted.

I ordered my food online at 7.30pm. when I went to pick it up the guy who worked there said that they were closed at 7.00pm. Now I need to call customer service to get a refund. Who knows now how long all this process will take with the refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! It was my first time eating in KFC, and my last time. If you are closing at 7pm (everywhere it says they opened until 9.30pm) then why do you have your website open to order food??!!!

Always have a pleasant visit here. Close to interstate. Visited here today and was satisfied. Chicken was fresh. Employee suggested a cheaper alternative to what I was about to pay for and I appreciated that. He may have been the manager. He acted like he enjoyed being at work.

Good hot and tasty food immediately after opening, anf fast out the drive thru. Unfortunately opened its doors and started taking orders 15 mins after posted opening time. Google had wrong opening time of 9:30 which I reported as wrong, so we waited about half an hour to order.
