I was craving KFC so bad, however when I placed my order for fries the lady stated there’s only enough for one with not so friendly customer service. The store closes at 10 it was 8pm and she stated the stoves were off. Lol I’m assuming the fries were old because why would there be only enough for one? I decided to leave because if the food taste how the service was you guys can keep it. I’ll stick with Chick fil A. Better service and they won’t inconvenience customers.

8:58pm, lobby locked, no one serving drive thru…I believe the workers are all on a smoke break? Sat at the window for 10 mins, never saw a worker in sight but I did see a car parked with ppl smoking inside. -_-

Everyone needs to be careful about ordering from the center point parkway. The food makes me sick. I feel nauseous and my stomach hurts from eating there. My friend purchase food from there a few eeeks ago and became I’ll. I believe because they don’t receive a lot of customers the food is save for long periods of timeThe coleslaw and the chicken makes me ill. The chicken was old and dark brown. The mash potatoes was hard.

I ordered the Big box chix sandwich meal. The bottom bun was hard as a rock. Like it had been sitting on a warming surface. The fries were luke warm. I was told to pull up, I had to wait on fries. When I received my food, I reached for a fry and it was luke warm. Very disappointed. No straws for the soda.

Ordered online last night for quick pick up. The meal i Ordered came to $33. I get there the lobby is closed. I go through the drive through. Get to the window and was informed that they had no fries and no chicken tenders. My meal had 8 tenders, i wasn’t worried about the fries. I asked if they could give more fried chicken or popcorn chicken in place of tenders. She told me i would have to cancel my order on the app. I had already paid and there was no cancel option. I had to call the 800 number and request a refund. There was no apology from the store workers and the manager on duty didn’t even come out the office. But the csa at the 800 number was fantastic!!
