This place is horrible!!. Rude manager and employees!! We asked for dine in and got a cardboard box to eat out of no cups for the drinks just handed me a bag of sweet tea. They charged for silverware and condiments. The lady running the drive through had a very rude attitude when I asked for butter for the potatoes. Who doesn’t carry butter for mashed potatoes?!. Never again will I come to this place. STAY AWAY!!. The manager came out and told us that kfc doesn’t furnish any of this stuff all he had was chicken. Couldn’t even give a receipt for our refund had to make a copy because he couldn’t operate his POS. Very disappointed!

For a 16 piece family meal for the family that came with 6 biscuits and 4 side orders. I can’t eat meat due to health reasons,but everyone else in the family loved it! However,the Ft.Payne location needs to update it’s menu for drive-thru,because this meal was listed on that menu much cheaper than it actually was.

We had an online order. Got home and opened it up and realized it was wrong. Tried and tried to call. Had to drive back to the restaurant and told them my order was wrong. She said nope nope what we gave you is on the receipt. I even showed the order on my phone. Nope nope. Needless to say we won’t be back. Drive thru is creepy at night anyway with no lights. Popeyes is better anyway. This place will be gone in a year

Rude!!! And what’s the deal with chicken legs costing extra if you don’t want breast? None of the other Kentucky fried chicken places charge for leg’s if you want to get them instead of breast, Needs to be under better management.

Got to the restaurant at 7:45. Walked in. Was told dining room closes at 8:00. So we left. Then get in parking lot and sign say open till. 9:00. So sorry very disappointed.

I love the food here, but they don’t keep much of a selection of chicken on the buffet. If you like backs and grilled wings you’ll probably be extremely happy. They have a sign up telling you not to ask for any chicken not already on the buffet. I’ve decided to just order off the menu from now on. The buffet is just not worth the price. Plus, you have to go to a busy cashier for a second plate, and then go through line again to get food.
