Ok I have been going to this location on almost every Friday afternoon for over 18 months now. I want to warn you of a couple of things you need to be mindful of when getting takeout or going through the drive through… ALWAYS check for your sporks, if you need one along with your dipping sauces. Way too often those two items are missing from my bag. The staff is always friendly, but it’s sad that I have to carry eating utensils in my truck for when I eat KFC.

The chicken is classic, original or extra crispy. The biscuits are always good as is mashed potatoes and gravy. Really like that you can get vegetables with the meal, like green beans. They have chicken strips as well as pieces of chicken. Good variety of dipping sauces. Great pot pies and sandwiches.

Very rude employees, greasy burnt chicken, Cole slaw with nothing but vinegar in it! Restaurant inside is very dirty and unsanitary! I have never been to a KFC this bad! Employees here should be fired and better people hired that care about the customers satisfaction. If something isn’t done to make this place better, I won’t go to this location again. It will probably be closed down if they keep losing so many customers! Be better closed than to be that bad anyway!

1st the cashier told us to pull around for our total before I even finished giving my order . Which indicates she didn’t ask us if there’s anything else we want ? 2nd we got our food and drinks and we needed condiments but she walked away from the window so fast . Which go to say she didn’t ask us again if we needed anything . So we had to wait for her to be visible to, ask for what we need and last no receipt .

Went to the Oxford Alabama location. Chicken was burnt, cashier said it was because of the grease and several people had complained that day. Also no fries or chicken sandwiches due to truck not coming. Manager was rude and didn’t want to give our money back. We will never be back to this location.

This KFC is in the popular city of Oxford. My Mother loves to eat here, I don’t. So we’ve stopped here plenty of times. However, this day that I’m making a review about, we had a horrible experience! She ordered two pieces of chicken (2 wings) with one side, mashed potatoes with gravy. We got the order within two minutes. The chicken wings were burnt. So we came back and I went inside to ask for fresh chicken. First off, when I got into the fast-food the employees were just standing around talking. That’s understandable, I guess since there weren’t any customers inside or outside in the drive thru. However, I stood there three minutes before anyone noticed me and I had to say “excuse me” twice! The same person that waited on me in the drive thru, walked over and I told him my complaint and showed him the chicken wings were burnt. He didn’t say anything, just immediately went to grab me some more chicken. He came back and said, that all of their chicken wings looked like that – burnt. He didn’t offer to cook me any fresh chicken. So, I asked for my Mother’s money back. He didn’t exchange any word and proceeded to refund the order back. We won’t be back to this particular KFC. Food is entirely too expensive for them to not get it right the first time!

Ordered 2 pot pies, 1 which had 2 chicken bones in it. The 4 chicken little sandwiches had so much mayo on them it was dripping off sides and out bottom of bun. Drive thru personal was very rude & with an attitude. We will go to Popeye’s or Zaxby’s, KFC will not get anymore of our money. For Sure.
