I can read, and I can speak. Both of those over qualify me to eat here. I ordered a menu item and was told it doesn’t exist. I read it clearly off the joke of a menu, but apparently, their menu is incorrect. Cashier working the drive thru could not speak clearly enough for me to understand her, so between trying to order off of an incorrect menu and the cashiers inability to communicate….I just drove off and went to a different place.

The fact I have to give a bad review for beloved KFC should say enough. This restaurant is the drizzlin sh!#s. Every time I order from here it’s never correct. Ordered 4 original recipe breasts. They decided to give me 4 thighs, 3 original recipe, 1 extra crispy. Last time I ordered Doordash, they let the driver get to their restaurant, and let the driver text me they didn’t have what I ordered and tried to get me to accept something else. My only comfort is you can’t stay in business being this bad.

On Tuesday Nov. 1st 2022, I went through the drive. A young girl was working drive through. I have never seen her before, however she was great at her job in drive through. She was friendly and I appreciate that very much, due to the day I was having. My experience on Tuesday was very pleasant. I hope that young lady makes employee of the month, she was very kind, respectful of customers and my order was packed perfect, us customers appreciate great customer service like this. The young lady looks new because I have never seen her before. However give the girl a raise, I very much so appreciate NO attitude, and she was very helpful and my order was done right. Keep up the good work there.

I work Doordash and every time I come here to pick up an order they NEVER have any chicken cooked. Today another customer was told it would take 30 minutes just to cook chicken! I also work in a restaurant full-time and I know for a fact it doesn’t take 30 minutes to cook chicken. Instead of cooking more clean when they are down to their last 8 pieces they apparently wait until someone orders. At this point, I’m not sure why they are even still in business!

Went out of my way 10 minutes to give my business. 8/30/22 at 10:52am ticket #1782 Ordered 4 five layer burritos and repeated it at least three times in drive thru. Woman (light skin/scar on face), reciept says marissa, didn’t repeat my order back to me until I got to the window. I told her I ordered 4 five layer burritos and I know I did because 1 for each kid. She said no add ons at the window! Mind you, I was the only person at the store drive thru my entire visit. It wasn’t an add on, it’s what I ordered at the speaker. Well I guess She preferred I went around and reordered because of her mistake. I said she should’ve repeated my order back to me at the speaker and not the window, she didn’t honor her mistake and had a big unnecessary attitude the entire time. Now I had to stop at McDonald’s to get the other two kids something. Handsome black gentleman came to the window to hear my complaint and asked what he could do, I didn’t want anything else at that point. However, I appreciated his concern/validation about me being the only person at the restaurant. Her attitude was just absolutely unnecessary and really put a damper on my morning. It’s not hard to be a decent person.

I will give them a *, lady at drive through was friendly. Ordered a 12 piece meal and that’s what I paid for. Got home and only had 8 pieces and the lid on the gravy was not on properly, so had no gravy for the potatoes. Gravy was all in the bag. Attempted calling store numerous times with no answer. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone.
