We visited from out of town and stopped in to pick up a few buckets of chicken for a party. We ended up ordering 2-12 piece buckets, 6 sides, plus biscuits. We received the large order quickly. The girls working the front counter were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant seemed very clean and well taken care of. The only down side was the side dishes were on the luke warm side when we sat down to eat them just a couple minutes later. I would absolutely visit this KFC again.

My order was 12 honey BBQ wings & an extra crispy leg. The 15 minute wait (that I was made aware of) was cool. However, the honey BBQ wings were not fried hard enough (skin was soggy) and barely covered in sauce. I’ve been here before, but yesterday was not a good experience. I’m sorry. The manager, however, was extremely pleasant. She came out of the office, took my order and proceeded to help push both front & drive through orders. Also, there were only 3 people in the lobby at the time of my arrival.

Refused to let me in the lobby at 8:24 PM when stated on the door lobby closes at 9:30. Said they were completely out of everything I wanted to order when went through the drive-through. Waited 5 minutes in the drive-through to order. No car is ahead of me in drive-through, no customers inside.

I paid almost $45 for a 12 piece meal. 2 mashed potatoes and a macaroni and cheese and they left out the gravy. I called to tell them and simply explained that that’s a lot of money to not get my order right and they need to pay attention to what they are doing and the lady hung up on me.

Went to the drive thru yesterday – ordered a pot pie and a 2 piece. the two piece (both legs – did not have thighs) was not done. the outer was browned but could not bite into the meat – had to literally cut it and of course it was raw. The Pot Pie was overdone. The edges and bottom were crispy and darker in color the bottom had black burnt spots. I called the resturant several times but didn’t get an answere at all I called this 1 800 call kfc and after holding for a while the call dropped. I called 3-4 times with the same result

New Mac and cheese bowl is good. At first I got the spicy bowl which was way too greasy I thought but it was the Nashville hot sauce they pour over it but I went back and they prepared a fresh regular mac & cheese bowl and it was wonderful . Good customer service.

The girl on drive thru could not multi task, as the car ahead of me waited a while to order. That car moved to the window, she asked me to wait. She took my order when THAT car got their order and left. She then took my order. When I pulled up to the window, she was on her cell phone. Terrible wait.
