Restaurant J545001 is basically run by teenagers. There was a female manager doing the majority of the work as if she was afraid to give orders to the teens. The teens were all using their phones while they prepared meals. No gloves at all. They were Filling and drinking from the soda machine while customers were there. I mean literally everyone was using their phone with no gloves while preparing meals. The kids were all just standing around and the same female manager was taking orders out to the cars, bagging meals and lots of other duties. U can tell she has little to no control over her staff. Then I waited almost twenty minutes for two liver dinners. The livers were greasy and horrible. They were clumped and stuck together. My moms were burnt. We ordered and paid for extra gravy and didn’t receive it. The biscuits were hard and undercooked. We rode home still hungry. Couldn’t even eat that horrible meal. Just a disaster. We were headed back home two hours away so there was no way we could turn back for a refund. Just please send in someone to help get things under control. I visited around 6 p.m. on a Sunday.

I assumed the order was correct, drove 30 miles home only to find out the order was completely wrong. Not only that, the chicken was very greasy. The total order was a complete waste of money.

I used to love this place for past couple of months, I’ve been getting the wrong order. But the worst experience was 4/26/21 , I got a large liver box got home was eating I bit into a bad piece of liver it tasted like rotten meat that had been laying out for days and it was green inside,my dog wouldn’t even touch it . I didn’t call the manager because what good wood it do I live 20 minutes away. I don’t ever plan on eating here again just not worth it .
