Three stars because the place was clean, and the employees were nice. I ordered the 6 Piece Shrimp Combo & paid $7.20 for it. From my picture you can see the pitiful size of the Shrimp I was served. It didn’t taste very good either. I used to get my money’s on their Shrimp Dinners, but really felt robbed. I didn’t complain at the Store because I know this is the Companies fault, not the employees. Probably won’t go back unless I hear the serving sizes have improved. Hate to give Bad Reviews but…..

Most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Staff was less than friendly. I asked for ketchup and she acted like it was a major chore. Brought food home, order was wrong, shrimp instead of hush puppies. Chicken so soggy from grease that breading fell off. Ate some fries and threw it all away.

The young man and woman working diner time on December 1st should get a raise. They were the only ones in the whole restaurant and you could tell they were trying hard. Food was good. If you see a restaurant employee working hard, please let them know they are doing a good job and even tip if you have extra cash. Especially in these times of people not wanting to work we need to encourage people like these two that are.

The place is decent in cleanliness. How ever they don’t bother to ask you if you want any condiments nor do they give you any. The food is good. Did a Togo the first time and got absolutely none. Eat in this time and got nothing as we had to ask and I stood there at the register and waited forever to get it. As their employees took their time to service you. Were they nice, yes, but I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years and I don’t let my customers waiting at the counter for ages. Although I’m no longer doing food industry but I know how the customers should be served.

There customer service and sense of urgency is not ok. I expected more out of them to be honest. They didn’t have any mac and cheese ready instead of trying to compensate me she said what other side you want. I doubt we will be going back. Tip if you do not want to work in fast food please don’t.

The food was good. But the young man that took my order was very rude. The only thing he even said to me was what can I get you. Never once said hello or if my order was for her or to go. So when my order came out it was in a togo bag. I just sat down in the booth and ate. This one is also a Long John Silver. A lady order some fish apparently. Had to pull around and wait for her food. When the young girl was taking her food to her car one of the guys there asked if she was going to talk her some Tartar sauce. She looked at him and said no. Walked out the door with the food and had to come back in for the sauces. Some of the rudest staff I have seen at a KFC.

Why is the food always terrible here? I keep giving this place a chance because the other KFC further away, and they just keep letting me down with the terrible food they put out. NEVER AGAIN! I’ll take the couple extra miles next time to the other KFC so I won’t have deal with this lack luster place every again! Do you guys not think that the customer is going to check there food or something? You guys are probably hoping we’ll make it home with this mess you give us and not want to come back out to bring it back. Either the food is too dry or too old, meaning it’s been sitting out for ages! No matter what, you will find something wrong with the food at this location.
