My order was missing the green beans. They gave me Dr Pepper instead of Pepsi. I called the store to speak with the manager explained my issue and all The manager wanted to do is replace my green beans and my Pepsi I told her I had quit coming due to the order is not being correct and the chicken being too greasy. I went tonight with a friend and this is how it turned out. I will not be back.

Ordered the 2 pc. Snack with x biscuit and 12 pc wings. I have to say the wings were excellent, they told me up front that it would be 13 minutes on the wings. Well worth the wait. The staff was top notch, very helpful. I give this location a 5 star rating. It’s almost impossible to find good BREADED HOT WINGS in Ashland City.

The worst customer service experience. Multiple times we have went in and tried to order a bucket to be told they don’t have any dark meat “the truck did not come” until you go to leave and then they somehow found dark meat and you will just need to wait for it to cook. Which 30 minutes later it comes out, cold. Missing sides so make sure you check before you leave.

It’s no longer the KFC we all remember…. Every time we ordered they din’t have chicken made(isn’t this their entire menu?!) so it’s a 20 minute wait to get food that’s not quite fully cooked and part of the order missing. Forgivable mistakes if they at least apologize. Instead it’s a rude cashier accusing us of lying…really? Why? Service here has hit an all time low. Sorry KFC. I gave it 3 chances, And 3 stars mainly for nostalgia.
