I called to make sure they had pot pies and the fellow told me there were only five left so I went ahead and ordered two online and showed up in the drive-through. Before I could hardly get out my words that I was picking up for so-and-so, he said pull to the front please. When I finally got to the front, he tried to hand me the wrong order and then told me there were no more pot pies left and I told him I had already paid and another guy came up and he said well you have to tell us the name! (Pretty Smart Assy) little did he know I had already over the intercom But they were so rude they were not listening to me….

It’s kind of sad to see so much neglect of the property. Weeds 3 ft tall line the drive thru. Doesn’t look like grass has been cut in a while. Have a little pride. Yes we DO notice. This sort of thing says more about the owners than anyone else. Do better, or don’t but it just shows how little you care about your business.

I just moved to the area and this was my first time at this location. If I could give it a -5 I would. The service was TERRIBLE! The young girl at the window and whoever was working inside with her were the rudest ever! The food was no better. The nuggets were over cooked and the chicken was awful! This will be my FIRST and LAST visit to this location. DO NOT waste your time!

If you want to know why pick a review anyone and there you go. They are all illiterate like seriously it’s not that hard to read a ticket and follow the directions. Horrible experience. The drive through lady was rude and had a poor attitude. Then again she always does no matter how slow or busy they are. The drinks were completely flat and tasted horrible. Which is no surprise the drinks are never good at this location. The chicken tenders tasted like I was eating pure pepper. The coleslaw was so old tasting, had no sweetness and tasted like vinegar. The meal was not worth the $25 it came to. Haven’t been to KFC in a couple of months and thought hey maybe they have improved. No still the same poor service and nasty tasting food they always serve.
