This is absolutely horrid!!! Had a mobile order that was made 15 minutes before we arrived, they had no paper in their machine so they never made that order and had to wait another 15-20 minutes for it. Ordered another order when we got there, thankfully we were there because half our food was missing. I get kids need to work but at least have a manager that’s not a child working with them. They all stood around together in a group. They have no manners when asked something you get answered with “HUH”. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!!¡

Ordered the 4 wing snack and the chicken was old. So when I went back around through the drive-thru the cashier was very rude. When I told her the food was old she screamed “OLD”!!! I said yes this food is hard and I would like a refund. Also, the workers in the back were saying that the food isn’t old we just cooked that at lunchtime. I’ll never stop at this KFC again in Lebanon Tennessee. I stood at the counter for ten minutes and no one came to the front to greet or say we will be with you in a minute. A worker came up to the front to get a box. I asked if anyone is working the front counter? The worker with the earpiece said to me we’re busy. How rude can a company be. I didn’t even order I just left. I give them a zero if the rating was zero to five.

The workers at this KFC are extremely rude and disrespectful. We sat in the drive thru for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging us, and no one else was in the drive thru. Once we finally said hello, the guy yelled “hello hello hello.” We only asked for sweet tea and lemonade, and he said, VERY RUDELY, “will that be all?” We drove off in disbelief of how rude he was, without our order. Do not recommend going to this KFC.
