Ordered food online . When we got to the drive nobody said anything till I said hello . They said they were out of everything but could only make a famous bowl . I asked about my online order but got no response till I repeated three times . They just repeated what they said . Very very very poor services at night. This was at 9 pm when it said they close at 10:00. I feel they didn’t want to do the order so they could leave on time and stop doing orders a hour early .

Been out of chicken livers for 4 months now! I was yelled at by whoever was taking my order said that the warehouse has been out of liver for awhile now. Funny thing though I got chicken livers at the Tullahoma kfc a couple of weeks ago with no problem. This place has really went down hill and I will not be going there anymore! Something needs to be done before they go out of business I am not the only one complaining about how bad it is now

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The only problem I have is every time I go there when I go to get a fountain drink while the cup is filling up, water drips on my hands. , this has been happening for a long time. It’s not their fault. The Pepsi company should maintain their machines, or KFC should drop them and bring in coke.

This location needs an intervention. I find the drive thru menu hard to read and choose from. The quality and quantity is poor. It needs cleaning. They’re always out of something. Or they say they are so they don’t have to deal with it. The order is wrong frequently. And the buffet should be brought back. Lots of us grew up with KFC and it’s sad to see what it’s become. People work hard for their money and expect better for what they are paying. The prices went up and the quality went down. I’m calling on the owners and management to clean this place up. Maybe better train their employees and set a higher standard. I’m sure they’d be equally upset for spending hard earned money to eat and getting less than average. Don’t let this be the next restaurant shut down in this town.

Have gave KFC repeat chances lately and not been a good experience there in a long time. Anytime you want chicken livers their always out of them as was todays case again. Parked on the side for a approximately 10 minutes or more. Finally order is brought out and with the poor service lately i always check it. Of course it was wrong both boxes were the same. Two thighs, leg, cold slaw, drink, potatoes and gravy. One was missing cold slaw and both missing the legs which were subbed with a dried up wing. Carried inside and explaind what was wrong. Supposedly corrected get outside check it again and it’s wrong. Took a thigh out of each added the legs and left the dried up wing. Go back in for the second time and explained it was still wrong. Supposed to be fixed. Check it and it looked right. Get home and it’s still not right for the 3rd time. Heard the girl ask another if there were any more orignal legs which is what i ordered. I suppose they didn’t have them and just replaced them with extra crispy without saying anything. We have ate KFC for years and this place has really gone down hill always out of stuff, poor service, and not very sanitary building was nasty.

Absolutely the worst KFC ever. You get 5 stars for that. Waited over 30 minutes in a parking stop to get 3 meals and they had to send a worker out to our car to ask us what we were waiting on. During the wait, an employee asked every car waiting if we smoked because she had no money. Then she started cussing when we said we didn’t smoke. This place is a disgrace of the chain and I recommend higher levels of the KFC chain come and investigate. There’s more problems then just untrained workers.

They need to learn how to answer the phone, but I can understand why they avoid when they are screwing up orders. Serving a biscuit that has been pulled apart and looks like it 2 half from 2 different biscuits and shoved in a fry box and cold and rock hard. Asked for white meat on a 2 pc extra crispy dinner with potato gravy and slaw. Girl said it only comes with 1 side I told them add a slaw and yes I know it cost extra. No slaw potatoes cold. No white meat an original recipe thigh (cold) and a cold hard as a rock hard crispy leg that looked like it was cooked and left under a heat lamp for 2 days. This place is a joke and needs to do better on training their employees
