Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered my food, told the employee when I ordered that I had a coupon and he told me to tell the girl when we paid, waited 40 min in line so the guy could flirt with his co-worker instead of doing his job and then get to the window and we are told, we don’t accept coupons at this location, by the same 16 year old that took our order. This is the third and final strike for this location as the last two times I come to get food they have either closed early (with not even so much as hand written sign on the door) or don’t have the sides I want and I was not told until I came up to pay. I have worked food and bev before. I know it is not an easy job, but this location needs some retraining and to learn that it is better to tell people information up front and not just want they think people want to hear.

I understand why you cannot add any pictures to these reviews anymore. The “new” nuggets are the same size as the popcorn chicken and look like they were cooked in 3 day old grease. This kfc/taco bell has a very long bad reputation and reminds me of it every time I make the mistake of ordering food.

Don’t waste your time visiting this restaurant. Staff is unprofessional, typically out of chicken, and the slowest drive thru in pleasant view. To top it off, the roadway leading to restaurant is full of deep potholes so save your car.

I ordered Taco Bell but wanted to try one of the new spicy chicken wraps that look delicious. All I got was a piece of chicken in a tortilla with some hot sauce. No coleslaw or pickles. This place needs to get it together.

Nasty nasty nasty!!!! I wouldn’t recommend!!! On the door to restroom sign saying checked every 30 minutes.. no way filthy no soap or paper towels just disgusting!! Dining room was so dirty!! Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches to go.. couldn’t eat had to put them in the trash! I can’t believe this KFC hasn’t been closed down!!! Zero stars!!!

Stopped by on the way home from out of town to pickup dinner for my family. Ordered a 20$ fill up box and some tenders around 4pm. Their drive thru was otherwise empty. The staff was friendly and gave us our food promptly. Drove the remaining 30 minutes home to discover that our sides were missing. Called and spoke to their manager Jason who could offer no recourse outside of driving 30 minutes there and back just to pickup the sides they forgot to give us. I recognize that we should’ve checked our bags before we left, but they should still offer some form of partial refund or something outside of expecting a customer to drive 30 minutes each way to pickup what they failed to include.

Ordered a family meal and added a large fry ($3.99)….the box was half empty. The girl at the window said we don’t have any dropped….so you want to wait. We were like yes we aren’t paying 4 bucks for half a box of fries. All I can say is absolute worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Will not return!

Ive never really had bad service or serious problems with my order, however This location is always busy and there is almost always a long wait to be expected. Now, I’ve worked in fast food places, so I know that something can be done to better prepare for times that become busier. …. they don’t seem to care if customers wait 5 minutes or 40minutes! Yes literally waited 40 minutes once.
