I’ve given this location so many tries and every time I leave frustrated. It seems they are ALWAYS low on chicken. Even when there are hardly any people. Asked for a combo with just drumsticks and I received a wing, thigh, and breast. When I went back to return it they told me the reason I didn’t get legs is because there weren’t any. I said if I had been told that I wouldn’t have ordered and I’d like my money back. Then the “manager” asked for my receipt which I never received in the first place and told me I had to have it to get my money back. Don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else.

Chicken nuggets were ok. Fries were stale and cold. The employee was nice. But when I asked her if the fries were fresh, she said they were, and proceeded to put the stale cold fries in my bag. Chicken was good, but they didn’t have the pieces I wanted, but not a big deal.

Food was aweful….waited 25 minutes for order….there was a drink mess in front of trash cans that wasn’t cleaned up until I said something when we went to leave o young girl taking food out for drive thru should have seen it walking past it 3 times…..where is an adult when it’s nothing but kids???? I will never eat at this location!

Exceptionally poor, poor customer service. Waited in drive thru half hour or better which is extreme for this area. . Witnessed half dozen other cars leave line because it wasn’t moving-stagnant . While waiting in line , did see post on KFC sign soliciting employment opportunities. Finally made to order screen and there is absolutely NO acknowledgment of me -your customer! Assuming issues w/ speaker I drove up to pick up window. Voiced my frustrations. My first question was if they had staffing shortages which the associate responded yes. But two others approached the window without speaking. Maybe there to hear my vocal complaints, but my interpretation is you have enough employees just SOME don’t want to actually work servicing customers who effectively control your revenue stream! By the way there were no outside lights on until I made a comment of such. Then some of lights came on. But obviously not the bulb that controls brain waves. This is NO WAY to operate a profitable business! Lost this customer should you care

I have had a lot of issues with this location but the latest was by far the worst. I was on a time restraint so I ordered ahead. The order was not ready and the employees were too busy NOT WORKING to actually get it together. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I receive my order that is missing half the components. I had to go back inside THREE different times to get all the food I ordered.

Guy on drive thru was rude and had no customer skill. After every word I said, his response was, “is that all?” So rude and incompetent. He needs a tune up. Food was too expensive and horrible, slow, non caring customer service, always some excuses why they don’t have food or why I sat 45 minutes in drive thru. Food wasn’t worth it at all. This issue has happened for the 3rd time. We love the pot pies. We go for dinner between 5:30 and 6 and are told they aren’t making anymore pot pies for the day. Why ?? They stay open until 10. Why do you not make pot pies after 5pm. Corporate please tell your restaurants to cook the food to order until closing time Very frustrating. This is in Shelbyville TN.
