Immediately the lady at the drive through made it very clear she hates being there, just in her tone alone. I was rushed ordering 2 meals (and I knew what I was ordering) was never asked anything about them other than one if I wanted crispy or reg and I said crispy and she asked again what I said before telling me “window” and then again at the window I said crispy…can you guess…received regular and no breading on it just laying in the box, slipped off dry but wet ( no idea how that works) chicken. I also ordered the nuggets…inedible hard dry chewy. Threw it all out and having to spend another 25+ somewhere else for fam dinner. Thanks! The last time we ate here was few days before the old employees beat the hell out of an elderly customer. We decided to never go back then but you lured us in with the nuggets. The picture is false advertisement as the nuggets are nothing but Chick-fil-A from down the street but inedible version.

This complaint dates back to December 2021. I filed an online complaint( Case #00754093 and Case #00754105 because the first one wouldn’t upload the pictures) as requested and was told someone would follow up. There was no follow up so I took my time and called numerous times to speak to someone in customer service. When reaching someone they just said someone will call me back but there has not been any call backs. I have given many, many months and many opportunities for the company to make this right. I believe in great customer service and this is a fail.

One person in the drive up window then us… they didn’t want to make more fires so tried to tell me I could get a small that’s all they had enough for unless I wanted to wait a while decided to wait so someone had to bring it outside to the car with none the less a bad attitude for doing their job

2 separate orders. Rude conversation. Got the wrong drinks. My friend couldn’t pay with $100 and that’s all she had was $100’s. They wouldn’t give her her meal because they couldn’t break it. So I had to pay for both. This is KFC a huge franchise. Like seriously?!

I went thru the drive thru 40 min before they closed and everything I tried to order they didn’t have I don’t know why they were even opened if it was lunch time and you wanted fries and strips and they were out they would say it will be 5 min to pull up and wait but I guess when they don’t wanna work they just say they don’t have anything

Went 2 hours before closing ad they were out of almost all their chicken, and said they had already shut their fryers down. When I asked for half chicken half straps to complete my order, she got snippy and told me “she wasn’t going to argue with me”. What food i was able to get was decent. Not worth having to deal with that kind of service however.
